Bishop Beard, as of October 2004, is senior pastor of Enduring

Faith Ministries, Inc. of Gainesville, FL.  On October 7, 2017 he

was consecrated as Regional Bishop of Global Dominion Covenant

Fellowship, Inc. in which he hepls to oversee the 18 churches of the

organization.  He is, for the past 39+ years, the husband

of Lesia D. Beard who serves as Co-Pastor of Enduring Faith Ministries. 

He is the father of Michael, Timothy, Kalhfani, and Damien.  He currently

lives in Sparr, FL and spends his relaxing time tending to his five acre

grape vineyard.

Pastor Jarred N. Parris relocated to Ocala from Brooklyn NY in 2006 and together

with his family launched Bethesda Worship Center, now The Glory Zone Inc. in 2007. 

With a background in Politics and Finance, Pastor Jarred uses this knowledge to

advance the Kingdom of God through community and economic development. 

His heart is help transform every unbeliever into an Ambassadors of Heaven and

develop every Ambassadors into their birthright of Kings & Priest and help them

to effectively operate in dominion and authority over all the affairs of the earth. 

He spends leisure time at the gun range when not cruising on his motorcycles. 

For the past 22 years, Pastor Jarred has been happily married to Pastor Marsha Parris

and together they are raising (3) daughters.
